The exterior of this coach is extremely clean and damage-free. The windows are free of cracks and fogging. The frame is rust-free, and the tires have ample tread. The decals are bright and free of fading.
The interior condition mirrors the exterior. There are no strange smells, and it does not appear to have been lived in. Cabinets are free of peeling or delamination. Furniture upholstery is free of rips and tears. There is slight peeling on the Stadium Sofa headrest areas.

Beautiful 2020 Forest River Sabre that sleeps 4 with 3 Slides and lots of room!
This 2020 Sabre 32DPT Cobalt Edition is immaculate inside and out. The owner spared no expense in getting the RV ready for the market. It has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Even the holding tanks were cleaned and sanitized! Pride of ownership truly shows with this coach.
As you approach this Fifth Wheel you will see that the tires are covered, as they always are, there is a stability tripod under the hitch, there are jack pads under the jacks and the coach is parked on a clean concrete pad, not on the dirt. The sewer hose is neatly hooked up and has sewer supports installed. The coach has a surge protector at the 50-amp service. Again, all these things show how well this coach was cared for.
You'll notice exterior features such as Mor-Ryde Aluminum Steps, Auto-Leveling Jacks, Solar Quick Connect, a Power awning, LP Gas Quick Connect, a Wet Bay/Docking Station containing all hookups, and much more. Open the cavernous front storage compartment and notice the brand-new spare tire, Min-Refrigerator/Freezer, 12-volt battery with disconnect switch, and a 1000-watt Pure Sine Inverter.
As you enter, you notice the big, beautiful Kitchen equipped with a huge Island with a deep kitchen sink, solid-surface countertops, a Gas Cooktop with Oven, an HI Sense Residential-Size Refrigerator with two freezer drawers, and French doors. Notice the upscale accent lighting throughout. Open the enormous pantries to reveal tons of storage space. Enjoy your meals at the wood free-standing dinette with four chairs.
The living area offers a large entertainment center with a huge TV, fireplace, and Bluetooth stereo. Relax and enjoy a movie on the Stadium-style heated reclining sofa with integrated cupholders. You may choose to relax on the sofa or even have friends over for the weekend and transform it into a large bed.
Walk up the stairs toward the front of the coach and notice the fully enclosed bathroom next to the bedroom, equipped with a large walk-in shower, vanity with sink, and porcelain toilet. Enter the bedroom and enjoy space for a king-size bed, a closet with built-in shelving and sliding doors, and Washer/Dryer hookups.

a Winegard 360 WiFi antenna and a small solar panel on top of the roof with more room for additional panels.
The Sabre has two top of the line Coleman air conditioners as well.
