The overall condition of the RV is in average to normal use condition. According to the owner, everything is working as it should, except the awning. Both A/C units were cold when pictures were taken, but the slides were working fine. Stock #384334 2021 Forest River Sabre 38DBQ with four slide-outs and an outdoor kitchen! This fifth wheel has two sleeping areas and two bathrooms, one forward and one in the rear. The rear area also has two loft/ bunk beds up top and a sleeper sofa. The middle of the unit has a nice kitchen and dining area, and the living area is complete with a fireplace, TV, and stereo/surround system. The sofa in the living has been removed and will need replacing. The other thing that will need to be fixed is the main awning. The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and a French door fridge. It has a nice Island cabinet with a sink and storage. The unit comes with vinyl flooring throughout that is in good condition. The tires were replaced with better grade tires after purchase, date code is 4022.
