This 2017 Georgetown 3 Series GT3 31B3 by Forest River is in fair condition with low mileage. Unfortunately, it has been sitting unused for the past two years after the husband passed away. It could use good detailing and new tires. The seller states the generator starts but will not stay running; there is a small chip in the windshield and a dent in the rear left bumper.
