All systems go according to seller! As mentioned - RV got a new roof in 2022 and new tires in 2023. The interior and exterior look in good condition. The loveseat has one small wear spot as can be seen in picture - on the headrest. Stock #392258 Nice Flagstaff Classic, New roof November 2022, New tires April 2023. Washer/Dryer combo, Combination Convection/Microwave! This is a nice 2019 Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite Model 8528CBS 5th wheel. RV got a new new roof November 2022 and new tires April 2023. There are 3 slides and 2 roof ACs. We weren't able to open the large main slide all the way - as we had a clearance issue with RV next to it. There are awnings on all slides, Inside you have comfy seating for 8-10 with the jackknife sofa/sleeper, J Dual Reclining Loveseat and dining table. Has Washer/Dryer combo and Combination Convection/Microwave. Mechanically - has Turning Point hitch, On-Demand water heater, Dual ducted AC and every available option according to seller! Reason for selling is new home.
