According to the owner, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended. The couch in the spare room was broken and replaced with a futon. There appear to be no signs of water damage or faulty flooring. Stock #329256 2017 Forest River Cedar Creek Silverback Edition with all the amenities you have at home! This 2017 Cedar Creek Silverback 37MBH 5th wheel has tons of room and has been custom decorated to make it feel more like a home than an RV. Upon entering the unit, to the right are steps that lead to the master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious larger closet with sliding doors. The washer/dryer combo is installed on the left side of the closet. Also on this level is a nice-sized bathroom with a sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, large shower, and sliding doors. The bathroom also has plenty of storage. Next to the bathroom is a set of stairs that lead to a sleeping loft the kids will love. Beneath the sleeping loft is another private room with a futon and dresser. The kitchen has a large island with a double sink and lots of storage below. The rest of the kitchen includes a stove and oven, a stainless steel microwave, a large stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, and lots of storage. The owner reports the overall condition of the RV is good with normal wear and tear. There is a small (nickel size) tear in the bunkhouse vinyl floor. Recliners show wear, particularly on the headrest, and one recliner needs some repair - the cable that releases the footrest is broken.
