The unit appears to be in excellent condition and features work as they should per the seller. The RV has been stored under cover except the past six months. The tires have very low mileage and appear to be in good shape but have date codes from 2019. The sellers removed the dining table and replaced it with two smaller tables that can be used as workstations or put together for a larger table. The sellers removed the shallow dresser in the bedroom for additional space. Stock #414890 Great condition 40' Cardinal with 760 watts of solar, four Battle Born lithium batteries, King size bed, 18 CF 2-fridge, and generator prepped. This 2020 looks and feels new. The two kitchen/living area slides offer roomy and comfortable space with two power recliners and the sofa bed. With the large TV and fireplace, it's cozy and warm in the winter. The sellers removed the dining table and replaced it with two workstation type tables that not only fit perfectly, but can be pulled out and put together for family meals. There are four matching chairs.
