This 2017 Blue Ridge is in good condition according to the seller. The tires are approximately two years old. The unit is in good condition, other than needing a good general cleaning and prep, it is ready to go. Stock #388201 2017 Blue Ridge 3780FL by Forest River fifth wheel, fireplace, dual AC The first thing you notice when entering this Forest River Blue Ridge edition camper is why it is called the wide-body edition. The interior space is incredible, and with four slides and an actual second-bedroom bunkhouse in a slide, it is truly home on the road. A large kitchen with an island and plenty of seating in the living room make this a family and friend entertainment pleasure. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large wardrobe and TV, making for a nice private area. The spare loft bunk above the bunkhouse is a true kid-pleaser. Reason for selling is no time to use.

It is a 2016 unit that is very nice but does have some fiberglass work needing to repair the bottom behind the wheels on the entry side. A 5.5kW generator unit with battery and a 60 lb. propane tank, and a separate tank for the inside unit. And two separate batteries. Stock #270397 Well maintained one owner 2016 FOREST RIVER BLUE RIDGE 3600RS! This is a very roomy, comfortable unit with leather theater seats and a pull-out leather couch - very comfortable. With a 40" television in an entertainment center above the fireplace. It has a king-size bed with under-bed storage. A huge closet hides the washer and dryer in the main bedroom. A nice-sized shower with toilet and vanity. A kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer. And a three-burner stove. A full-sized refrigerator and freezer. The couch and theater lounge chairs are leather and the couch is a pull-out for sleeping. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a big closet that hides the washer and dryer. Beautiful inside with an entertainment center and a fireplace. Reason for selling is no longer use and no truck to pull it. just moving on to other recreation..
