The exterior shows well for its age, there is some light oxidation, and the unit would benefit from good washing and polishing and expect it will shine much more once that is done. There is a slight gouge on the edge of the roofline, but it's not all the way through, and there is no leaking occurring, according to the seller. One of the Maxair vent covers has damage from hitting a tree branch, but this does not affect the ability to use the vent fan. The seller states that everything works as you would expect. There is one known issue - a soft spot on the floor in the bedroom - from a leak at the slide gasket on the bedroom slide. A soft spot is between the bed & the wardrobe closet. Estimates have been in the $3~4K range to repair. It is a 2016 unit that is very nice but does have some fiberglass work needing to repair the bottom behind the wheels on the entry side. A 5.5kW generator unit with battery and a 60 lb. propane tank, and a separate tank for the inside unit. And two separate batteries. Stock #270397 Well maintained one owner 2016 FOREST RIVER BLUE RIDGE 3600RS! This is a very roomy, comfortable unit with leather theater seats and a pull-out leather couch - very comfortable. With a 40" television in an entertainment center above the fireplace. It has a king-size bed with under-bed storage. A huge closet hides the washer and dryer in the main bedroom. A nice-sized shower with toilet and vanity. A kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer. And a three-burner stove. A full-sized refrigerator and freezer. The couch and theater lounge chairs are leather and the couch is a pull-out for sleeping. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a big closet that hides the washer and dryer.
