Upon entering the 12'6" of cargo space, you will find an electric bed with a pass through dinette below as well as a side man door and a TV prep above a washer/dryer prep. There is also a loft with loft storage above part of the cargo space and a half bath with toilet, sink and medicine cabinet that is accessible from the cargo area.A front master bedroom includes XLR king bed, nightstand, and shelf. You will also enjoy a bit more floor space with the wardrobe slide out. Pre-wired for a TV and washer/dryer. Stand alone stereo with inside and outside speakers. The ramp converts to a patio with awning and a screen. The central living area includes steps to a loft bed with TV hook-ups, a kitchen with an island bar which adds much to the storage capacity, a large seating area slide, a kitchen slide for range and fridge, a deep double stainless steel sink, an electric fireplace with heat. Entertainment consists of a sound system with a 300 watt amp, and a 40" Smart TV, and remote controls for all. Seating is a pair of recliners, a love seat that converts to a bed, and an island bar. To the front is a private central bathroom. Privacy is assured by a separate hallway path to the sleeping area. The bedroom has a queen bed furnished with a residential memory foam mattress. It has it's own 13000 btu AC, two nightstands with drawers and electrical outlets, overhead storage, a large wardrobe slide with lots of hanging space, drawers and linen storage, and a flat screen TV with DVD player.This RV is named XLR (Extended Living Recreation) and it lives up to its name. Garage is 14 ft with a pull down screen. The back door can be used as a patio with the cables to hold the door level. 6 point hydraulic automatic self leveling system. Powered awnings over both walk in doors and non powered rear garage door. 12 Gal. water heater. 5500 Watt Onan generator. 2 fuel tanks, one for the generator and one for the toys. A very heavy duty metal roll out storage tray in the storage area that rolls out from either side. The main entry door has a keyless entry lock. All of the windows are tinted black and are the frameless style. 40 Lb. LP tanks. The pin box has a molded plastic cover over it. An automatic signal seeking satellite mounted on the roof and it can be used for Direct TV or Dish TV. There is a 3 year extended warranty on the complete unit. The living room AC has been replaced as the original one was not large enough. 50 amp service cord, lighting in all compartments. The paint is Sikens (very high quality) and has several coats of clear coat. INSIDE: There are 9 floor tie downs in the garage, molded rubber over plywood floor, overhead cabinets the full width of the trailer in the garage, hookups for washer/dryer in the garage, a built in work table/desk in the garage. There is a remote controlled Fantastic ceiling fan in the garage,kitchen and bath. There is a dinette set with table along with bunk beds in the garage. The dinette and bunk beds are on a motorized track system that is stored at the ceiling when not in use. There is a patio door and screen door between the garage and living quarters. The interior wood is walnut colored and dark leather furniture. The couch has a fold out bed in it and at each end of the couch is a reclining chair. The kitchen has a breakfast bar along with 2 stools. There is a loft in the kitchen/living room area where 2 people can sleep. The floors are carpet and upgraded heavy duty vinyl with a wood planking design. The kitchen has a high rise faucet with a stainless steel double basin sink, microwave oven, gas cook top and oven, 4 door refrigerator/freezer, is a large panty in the kitchen plus other storage, a coat closet at the entry door along with all of the electrical controls. There is a large flat screen TV over the coat closet, 3 slide outs; kitchen, living room, and bedroom. All windows have pull down day/night shades. The bedroom has his & hers hanging closets along with a chest of draws. There is also storage under the bed and over the head board of the bed along with night stands on both sides of the bed.
