Selling our 2013 Forest River Wildwood 195BH Bunk House in great condition! It has a total length of 21.5ft and is low profile and light enough to be pulled by most V6 vehicles and any V8. I pull it with a half-ton truck and it pulls great. It has been used very little and is extremely clean inside and out. It still smells new and is smoke and pet free. The only flaw is it has some hail pings that can be seen in pics but does not affect the working order of the trailer whatsoever. Paint is still in excellent condition. Everything works as it should and there are no leaks, past or present. Tires are still like new. I also have all documentation and manuals that came with it new. It has the following features... 13,500BTU Air conditioner that will freeze you out. Not the typical, cheap side mount A/C unit that's only 5k btu. Refrigerator/Freezer Microwave Sink/Stove Tub/Shower Heater Awning (13ft) Fresh/Gray/Black water monitoring system. Twin size bunks that sleep adults or children. Queen size bed up front with pass thru storage underneath and inside access. Dinette that makes into a bed and has storage under both booths. Built-in 12V cigarette charger port. Exterior 110V household plug-ins TV antenna with booster amplifier. Interior atomic clock that sets itself by location as well as temperature and moon phase. I know there is more that I am forgetting so if you have any questions please ask. I am also throwing in around $500 in extras to get you camping the day you get it. I don't want to sell but we are renovating our house and need to free up some funds. It low books for $9200 with options. I have it priced aggressively to sell quick so don't delay!
