2010 Forest River Wildcat Model 31BH2B with triple slides. This unit is in very good condition and originally from the metro St. Louis area. The Model 31BH2B is a bunkhouse setup with two baths. The rear slide is the bunkhouse with a fold out air mattress sofa bed and a flip down bunk. It has a small closet and storage cabinets. Connected is a self contained fiberglass toilet/sink/shower combo with a Fantasik vent fan. The center kitchen has stainless steel appliance fronts with a 10 cu ft refrigerator/freezer. There is a detachable counter extension for added food prep space. Cabinetry and trim throughout the unit is maple. The center super slide has a booth dinette and another fold out sofa sleeper. The entertainment center has a 32' flat screen TV, an AM/FM/CD player with surround sound and bass woofer, and input jacks for satellite and gaming connections. Up the steps is a large food and linens storage pantry. The upper main bath has a vanity, ceramic foot flush toilet, a corner shower/tub w/glass enclosure and a Fantastik vent fan. The upper bedroom features a queen bed with pillow top mattress, double door closet, multiple storage areas, a dressing table w/drawers and a 27" flat screen TV. The unit has a power awning and rear electric leveling jacks. The trailer has two 30 lb propane tanks, a large "basement" storage area and an outside shower head in the water connections panel . All appliances and mechanical systems are in good working condition. The exterior of the the unit is gel coated fiberglass over aluminum framing and has only 3 small blemishes. We purchased the unit in July 2014 with intentions of taking it to Florida as a winter home. We have only used the unit a very limited amount. I am selling the trailer at this time due to relocating to Georgia to be with my children and grandchildren.
