I am the first and only owner and this trailer is VERY well cared for. I am a former Marine and currently a police officer so I understand the importance of maintenance and integrity when purchasing a pre-owned unit. I have added a slide topper and 460 watts of solar with a charge controller factory installed. Generator has 60 hours on it and has been serviced twice and runs beautifully. I have the owners manual, original tools and all original items are intact and in great condition. I added a 32" TV which I will include with the trailer. Similar trailers are selling with a lot more wear and tear for 35 - 37K. This one is priced to sell and I am ready to go when you are. It's 30 feet long from end to end with a queen front sleeper and full size slide that includes the couch and kitchen. Dual power beds that stow well out of the way for travel bottom bed also folds into a sofa. Sleeps seven and has dual 7 gallon propane tanks with ducted AC and heating.
