I am the first and only owner and this trailer is VERY well cared for. I am a former Marine and currently a police officer so I understand the importance of maintenance and integrity when purchasing a pre-owned unit. I have added a slide topper and 460 watts of solar with a charge controller factory installed. Generator has 60 hours on it and has been serviced twice and runs beautifully. I have the owners manual, original tools and all original items are intact and in great condition. I added a 32" TV which I will include with the trailer. Similar trailers are selling with a lot more wear and tear for 35 - 37K. This one is priced to sell and I am ready to go when you are. It's 30 feet long from end to end with a queen front sleeper and full size slide that includes the couch and kitchen. Dual power beds that stow well out of the way for travel bottom bed also folds into a sofa. Sleeps seven and has dual 7 gallon propane tanks with ducted AC and heating. On board fuel station and pump for easy toy refill and and outdoor shower for exterior rinse. Lots of cabinet storage and room for toys. Can fit a four seater Razor and or six dirt bikes. This trailer has been great and the ONLY reason I am selling is to upgrade to a larger 5th wheel for full time living while we save money for a house. No trades just need to pay the bank off so we can move forward. Take over payments or get your own form of financing.
