This is a very nice unit well maintained. I am the second owner. The original owner maintained this unit meticulously and when I purchased…I did many renovations and upgrades to improve the RV experience. During the past 10 months I upgraded / added :•Upgraded Shurflow Water Pump to increase water supply in shower and faucets•Upgraded Stereo system to Jensen / with Bluetooth technology (added new exterior speakers)•Upgraded and bought all new tires and wheels including a new spare•Added a Satellite / Dish Network Antenna (Wineguard)…cost was $1,100 (installed)•Upgraded the HDTV by adding a King TV Antenna•Upgraded with a Honda EU300is Generator (less than 50 hours on this unit) …cost was $2,100•Upgraded by adding (2) 7 lb propane bottles and also added new regulator and connectors•Upgraded and added 3500 Electric Power Tongue Jack•Added a brand new screen door•Changed out the existing and added (2) brand new deep cell batteries•Upgraded interior and some exterior lighting to LED•Upgraded and added all new exterior lighting Everything within the unit functions properly and there are no operating defects.
