This is a 2000, Sandpiper 37BHSS travel trailer in very good condition. It has been gently used as a weekend getaway trailer and has been parked on a spot in a trailer park for 13 years. The outside is in excellent condition with no major dents or scratches. 15,000 BTU dometic ducted air conditioner new in March 2015. 20' Awning 3 years old. Roof sealed 2 years ago. Features include large closet in front bunkhouse room that includes bunk beds on one side with storage underneath, and a small dinette on the other that also makes up a small childs bed. Living room provides for an entertainment center and storage, a full leather residential love seat recliner that replaced the stock hide-a-bed couch. Off of the living room is the kitchen and dinette. The dinette also makes into a bed. 3 burner gas stove and oven sit along side a large Gas/Electric refrigerator and freezer. Modified kitchen cabinet with swinging door into trash can. The living room and kitchen are housed in a large slide out to give plenty of room. As you make your way to the back of the trailer, you pass through the bathroom which has an additional counter and trash bin cabinet. Toilet is standard RV type. Across from the bathroom is a large closet/storage, with custom racking to add storage and convenience. The bedroom, located in the back of the coach has a queen bed, surrounded by storage cabinets on each side, as well as above head of bed. It has two 7 lb. propane tanks, replaced new in 2015. Black and Gray water blade valves replaced September, 2016. This trailer is very clean and well kept. All the cabinets and furniture are in good appearance and functional order.
