Up for sale is our excellent used condition Sandpiper 365SAQ 5th Wheel camper. A great family investment to make memories and have fun! This camper sleeps twelve with a camper king, pull out sofa, 4 bed bunk house, and a trundle bed. The outside kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and storage is a must have addition for any camper. There is also a 2nd bathroom in the bunkhouse so kids have easy access at night. 4 slides makes for avery roomy interior! The 4 slides, awning, rear and front leveling is all power and can be run from a remote which is a nice feature that only came in 2013 or newer models. It has the high end paint job and is a beautiful rig. All appliances are in proper working condition. Has been parked as a seasonal camper, less than 300 miles towed. We are moving south and unfortunately the rig cannot come with us. This is a must see.

Purchased new in the summer of 2011, we are the original owners. 42' 5th wheel with 4 slides and HUGE bunk house. 1.5 baths, two entry doors, one directly to half bath - great for kids! Well maintained, every season: roof caulk, wheel bearing grease, slide out mechanisms, slide out seals, etc... Stored under a cover every year, and eternabond tape used to protect roof where cover straps go. Had tire blow out last year on the freeway, so all 5 tires were replaced less than a year ago (all 4 on the wheels, and the spare). 50 amp service. 88 gallon fresh/grey/black water capacity. Six tanks: fresh, front black, front grey, galley, rear grey, rear black. Two sewer connections, and two seperate sets of valves. Both black tanks have built in tank flushers. Washer and dryer hook ups, ceiling fan, outdoor kitchen with sink and microwave, separate outdoor fridge compartment, spray ports with quick disconnect hose on both sides of camper, dual air conditioners (one for living area and bunk house, one for master bedroom), dual 30lb propane tanks, master has king bed, couch folds out into air bed with remote control. 16' power awning. (2) 40" TV's - one in bunk house, one in main living area. Upgraded dining table and chairs instead of booth dinette. Will include most other camping necessities: WeberQ grill (larger model), zero gravity chairs, rugs, games, etc... We pull it with a 2008 Ford F-250 crew cab short bed 4x4 Lariat 6.4L diesel.
