The interior and exterior of this 2015 Cedar Creek 38K--Touring Edition--appear to be in great cosmetic condition. I did not observe unusual wear on the RV's underside or detect signs of stains, odors, or leaks within the interior. The owner confirms that all features and included accessories work as they should. Although the toy hauler is not pet-free, I did not observe any unusual or offensive pet odors within the unit. Upon walking around the RV, I did not observe any damage or areas needing to be repaired. One of the propane tanks was missing from its holding area, but the owner assured me that it would be replaced. The upholstery covering the recliners appeared to be in very good condition. Stock #320452 2018 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack (315Pack12) in Excellent Condition - Beautiful & Rarely Used Grab the family, including your furry family member, if you don't mind them coming along for the ride. This 2018 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack 315Pack12 toy hauler is ready for your next adventure. With a garage measuring 12' deep this will haul some of the bigger toys you may have. The 30 gal cargo area auxiliary gas tank will keep what you are hauling ready to roll. The fireplace is impressive! It was cold on the day I visited the unit, and the fireplace warmed it right up. The kitchen is missing a conventional oven, but makes up for it with a conveniently-placed microwave/convection oven, right below the three-burner stove. The master bedroom, and the bath area are a few steps above and away from the rest of the unit's living area. The queen bed may be accessed from either side of the mattress. Although not equipped with a generator, it is wired for one, and would be a useful addition for the next owner. Reason for selling is no time to use.
