The overall condition of the 2018 Heritage Glen 356QB is very good.
The exterior was found to be in very good condition with no scrapes or cracks detected.
The interior was found to be clean and in good condition, and the upholstery was free of rips, tears, or peeling.
The tires were in very good condition, with plenty of tread and no sidewall cracking. (DOT 4821)

This 2018 Heritage Glen 356QB fifth wheel is a family-friendly RV with its bunkhouse configuration and two full private bathrooms. It also features an outdoor kitchen option and power-stabilizing jacks. It will sleep up to 10! I encourage you to explore in more detail all this 356QB offers.
The 2018 Heritage Glen 356QB has a large kitchen with an island and a spacious living space complete with an entertainment center, electric fireplace, tri-fold sofa, and dinette seating.
The kitchen appliances include a stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, a stainless-steel microwave, a stove with a cooktop cover, an oven, and a large stainless-steel kitchen sink with a high-rise pull-out spray faucet.
The entertainment center features a large flat-screen TV (not pictured/stored for winter), a stereo system, and an electric fireplace.
The front left living area has a sofa with overhead storage that can be converted into a bed.
Next to the sofa is a bench-seat dinette with an overhead light and a window behind. The ends of each bench seat have a pull-out drawer for storage. The table can be dropped to create a bed.
Moving up a few stairs, you'll find the bathroom to the left, just before the master bedroom.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, a 12-volt power bath roof exhaust vent, a medicine cabinet, a foot flush toilet, and a sink with a vanity.
The master bedroom features a king bed that lifts for storage below.
The bedroom also has drawer storage, a large hanging closet that is washer/dryer prepped, and a wall-mounted TV (not pictured/removed and stored for winter).
The rear bunkhouse has bunks on either side of the room. Below one bunk is a storage cabinet and a shelf with a sofa, and below the other is a trundle bed. There is also a hanging closet with mirrored doors.
The second bathroom can be accessed from the bunkhouse or separately from the rear entry door. The bathroom contains a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a foot-flush toilet, and a tub/shower.
On the exterior you'll find a large electronic awning, a full pass-through storage compartment in the front. Electronic stabilizing jacks and an outdoor kitchen.
The outdoor kitchen has a counter with a sink (removed), a refrigerator, cabinet storage, and an LP connector for a grill. The seller has the sink and will put it back in at the buyer's request. He used the space to put a flattop grill instead.
