This 2019 Sabre by Forest River 36FRP has been well taken care of. The present owner plans to fix the linoleum floor tear in the living area. Very Spacious with Several Upgrades This 2019 Sabre by Forest River 36FRP is in great condition. It has a very open and comfortable interior and can sleep up to eight people. The living area has plenty of seating, including a sofa that opens to a full bed and a dinette that converts to a twin bed. A large-screen TV and fireplace make the area warm and cozy. The back bedroom has three bunk beds and a drop-down bed that can sleep up to four children. There is also a half bath to separate the kids from adults. This RV has five TVs: two in the living area, one in the back room, one in the master bedroom, and one outside in the exterior kitchen. The stereo has speakers throughout the RV and outside, where you can listen while sitting under the full-size awning. There is a phone app that easily controls the RV, and many of the electronics are called In-Command and are often used by the present owner. Other uses of the In-Command app include tank levels, battery levels, awnings, slides, the HVAC system, and hitch control. The kitchen has ample space, including a wraparound counter area for preparing meals. It also has a large refrigerator, microwave, three-burner stove, and oven. 2017 Forest River Sandpiper in sought after 378FB floor plan! This unit boasts too many great amenities to list but some include hydraulic auto-leveling system, in-unit vacuum system (that is INCREDIBLY useful) one and a half baths which include a separate master bathroom with dual sinks, and full-size shower with seat and a brand new stackable washer/dryer set that has never been used! The outdoor entertainment center has a sink, refrigerator, grill, cabinet and hidden tv that comes down at the flip of a switch. It also has a residential-sized refrigerator, microwave and double-sink in the kitchen island. The living room has an electric fireplace, ceiling fan ample storage and there are a total of three tvs throughout. The electric awning, pass-through underneath storage, two reclining chairs and a couch that folds into an extra bed means lots of convenience and storage for multiple people. This camper was bought brand new off the lot in September 2016! It has only ever been towed one time (57 miles) from the dealership to the state park where it currently sits. While the unit is used, all the original plastic remains on the appliances and the entire trailer is as clean as a whistle. You are basically getting a brand-new rig but I took the depreciation hit for you!! I have lived in it intermittently for the last five months. Unfortunately, an unforeseen job relocation has me moving to California in two weeks and I am unable to take this beautiful rig with me. I HATE to let go of this camper, especially at this price, but I am short on time and willing to negotiate. The unit is currently parked in Dallas, TX. I would be willing to tow it to California or could drop it off somewhere along the way for the right buyer.
