2014 rockwood mini lite in excellent condition. Has power awning, 13,500 ac ducted, great heater, all appliances in great working order, no leaks inside or out, exterior sides no blemishes or fading, no cuts ,tears, or marks inside. We do not smoke nor have any pets so camper is odor free. It has a sofa and dinette set inside. The sofa folds down so the queen size murphy bed can be pulled down at night. The mattress is heated also. Has a big bathroom in the rear with a lot of storage for all your needs. Led lighting thru-out and led strip on awning outside. Tires are like new so you will not need to replace. The camper has been winterized and the roof resealed just last week. We are looking for a bigger camper for next season.
