Excellent condition!! All systems are in working order, very clean, no damage. New tires. Spacious interior, lots of storage, bunkhouse converted to laundry with 27" apartment style stackable washer and very efficient gas dryer. Coach has been in the dry heat of Arizona until 2 months ago. Perfect for a couple or single. Brand new regular queen size, memory foam mattress, not the standard RV thin size. In addition, unit also comes with Camp Chef 60,000BTU outdoor grill with pizza oven! Brand new, has never been used!!
