We are the original owners of this well-kept 5th wheel. The interior is smoke-free and cleaned before and after every trip. There are no food or campfire odors (special product used for cleaning). It has been stored outside and shows some fading and cracking on the exterior. The awning needs replacing. (Update 10-24-16: The price has dropped, due to some additional repair work needed on a section of fiberglass.
