Has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. The wife and I purchased to go camping a couple times a year and are very pleased with its performance and accessories. Slide out room, side kick grill with gas hookup, dual propane tanks with upgraded fuel lines, gas cook top with range, microwave oven, roof top air conditioner, gas water heater, gas heater, refrigerator and freezer, full length awning, fire extinguisher, 19 Inch TV (cable our antenna feeds), CD/DVD player with 4 inside speakers and 2 outside speakers, trailer hitch with stabalizer arms, upgraded sewage hose, fresh water hose x 2, chock blocks, full spare tire. Pulling with an F150 with no problem. Trailer is so lite it is easy to forget that its attached.

You will find a wardrobe and nightstand on either side of the bed. Or in place of the dinette you can choose an optional sofa.
