2008 Forest River Rockwood High Wall HW256, Large pop-up has it all including a slide out dinette. Features: one king bed with heated mattress and one queen bed with heated mattress. The dinette slides out and can convert to a full bed as well. Everything works....cold ac, gas powered furnace with starter, stainless steel appliances, 4 cubic foot 3way refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner stove with oven, double sink, electric water pump, 6 gallon hot water heater, TV outlet with cable hookup, inside toilet & shower, tinted windows, outside shower, outside gas grill with propane connection, large front storage, spare tire, dual LP tanks and a nice awning that is in good shape. It has an electric lift system that makes it easy to put up and down. Radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Even more not listed! Good amount of storage space too. This is a large pop-up trailer. The unloaded weight is 2910# and the gross vehicle weight is 3873#. The box is 12 ft long and 85 inches wide closed up. The total exterior length closed is 19 ft 1 in. When set up it is about 22 1/2 feet long and 9 ft wide. We have kept it in the garage for 3 years that we have owned it. We have a warranty on the trailer that can be transferred to the new owner.
