Excellent condition. Like new. 2 large beds (king/queen size) and dinette folds down to a bed (comfortably sleeps 5-6 people). Pop-up includes fantastic fan, microwave, 3 way refrigerator with 4 Cubic feet (gas/12V), 20,000 BTU furnace, 2 overhead hanging cabinets/wardrobes, heated bed end mattresses, air conditioner/low profile; carbon monoxide detector, 2 propane tanks. There is also a hard walled bathroom with toilet and hand-held shower. An outdoor gas grill attaches to the side of the camper when parked. Radio/CD player with outdoor and indoor speakers. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Wireless brake package also included with purchase (no separate brake system needed in your car). Freshwater and sewer tanks. The attached awning has never been used. Only owners and has only been used a few times. We have all original paperwork and manuals. No pets or smokers have used the unit.
