30' camper, very clean and well maintained. Has one (1) eight foot (8') slide out. Since new it's been parked in a North Metro Atlanta camping area. Queen size bed in rear. Couch and dinning area convert into beds. Sleeps six (6). Everything works, range, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Cold AC and working gas furnace. Awning, roof covers and vent covers replaced in the fall of 2015. 110 and 12 volt. No leaks.
