We are the second owners of this unit. We've recently put on new tires, refrigerator internals, awning, and a toilet. The A/C and furnace work well. This unit has a washer/dryer hook up, tank heaters, and a rear trailer hitch. There is some fading on the decals and a small wow in the skirting on the driver side slideout. Power cords, sewer lines, water hose, blocks, and front stabilizer jack are included in sale as well.
