This camper is in perfect condition. Have spent about eight months out of town living in this camper and I do believe it is one of the nicest campers that I have owned. It feels like you are actually living in an apartment and is long as you either have the AC running for summer or the furnace running in the winter it keeps you nice and cozy through those really hot summers and even those really cold winters . Especially during the summer when having cookouts and getting everyone together having that awning during rainy days it's very relaxing. If I decide to buy another Camper it would definitely be something along the range of this one I have not one complaint about this Camper other than the fact I wish I could keep her . The only reason I purchased a camper was for work purposes. All in all this camper is in great condition. And a really good buy!

Fantastic new price on a 2009 34' Forest River Cedar Creek 34SATS. This RV is valued at $28,000. We really want to sell this RV, we are willing to take a huge loss to sell it. We are downsizing to a smaller camper and no longer own a tow vehicle for the Cedar Creek. This Fifth Wheel RV is in excellent, clean condition, basically no road miles, has been parked at a site.
