Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a minimal $500 on some models and up to $1,000 on our more expensive models that is a non-refundable deposit within 2-3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Units being sold under the amount of $500 will be required to pay in full. We will list the specific amount on each unit for you. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes as required by law, prep fee if applicable, doc fee of $165 if applicable) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods: We can assist you with financing, through our RV Lending Institutions, this will take you to our secured application is where you can apply for pre-approval. Please be advised no title will be sent out until bank funds clear through our banking institution which can take up to ten (10) business days weekends are not business days. If we obtain your financing for you and you do not reside in the State of Illinois, we will contact your registering state for the current tax percentage for the loan. At the time of your delivery a check will be made out and sent to the establishment as set forth by your registering state. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TITLE, PLATING AND ADDITIONAL FEES required by your state. Fees and Taxes: Documentation fee of $165 and applicable $10 Temporary Tag for qualifying states. Non-Resident Reciprocal State buyers: We must collect: CA 6.25% tax will be collected, MA 6.25% tax will be collected, FL 6% tax will be collected, AZ 5.6% tax will be collected, HI 4% tax will be collected, SC 5% or $300 max will be collected, MI 6% total price will be collected. State of Illinois collects reciprocal state tax however, we only collect required state fees we do not collect county fees your state may require you to pay upon registering your purchase. AGAIN: Non-Residents, are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We will collect taxes on finance deals as well as for states that require us to do so. This amount will reflect your bottom line and you are required to pay the additional taxes that are applicable before any unit leaves the premises. Shipping:All bidders are responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping if applicable.
