Overall, the RV appears to be in good condition. The tires have very little wear, but due to their age, you would probably want to replace them.
A serviceman slightly damaged the linoleum flooring in the kitchen during its first month of use. The owner just taped the flooring (see pic), but it would be best if this small section was re-adhered with proper flooring adhesive--a simple task for a DIYer.
The RV's exterior and roof need a good cleaning. Other than that, everything seems to be in good condition.

The SIERRA line of luxury 5th wheel trailers is built by FOREST RIVER.
There are many built-ins which add to the build integrity, such as:
7,000-pound axles, auto-adjusting brakes, enclosed and heated underbelly, gel-coated fiberglass exterior, contemporary aluminum rims, and F-rated tires.
There are three sleeping areas. The first is the front-located master bedroom, which features a large closet with sliding doors. Within this massive closet are pre-plumbed hook-ups for a washer-dryer.
The second sleeping area is the convertible sofa bed in the living area, and the third is the bunk room, which easily sleeps up to 4 adults.
The master bathroom features a large shower, vanity, sink, and toilet. It also has abundant storage for linens, towels, toiletries, etc.
The rear full bathroom is just off the bunk room and has its own entrance door from the outside.
The living room is spacious and features an entertainment system and a ceiling fan. The electric fireplace helps you stay warm in cold weather.
The kitchen has a full-size stainless refrigerator-freezer, a 3-burner stove with a cover, and what seems to be a large oven.
A nice feature is the automated leveling system...one push of a button is all that is needed.
Also included is an all-house vacuum, which is a big plus!
This particular SIERRA was purchased new by the current owner in 2019. Following two warranty items in the first month of ownership, the RV was parked under cover on the owner's property and hasn't moved since.
The RV has had very little wear, and its use has been mostly by guests throughout the years.
The SIERRA is connected to electric power full-time.
