Overall the coach is in good operational condition. The interior is clean and odor free but does show some wear (see pictures). All appliances are operational and have been used very little. The U-shaped dinette has been modified to a booth dinette but all the original cushions are available for conversion back to the U-shape if so desired. The exterior has begun to fade from the sun. Vinyl reflective decaling installed on the lower portion of the coach is peeling away (see pictures). Also, the awning arms have been recently replaced but are out of adjustment keeping the support arms from fully retracting (see pictures). The house batteries were replaced in 2022.
