This is a 2004 Four Winds Chateau Class C motorhome. There are just less than 46,000 miles on this unit. The family has used this unit as our winter home in Florida in the past, and for many enjoyable summer vacations. Weâ€™ve since bought a place in Florida and will not be using it during the winter.I have updated the ride ability with a Blue Ox rear Torque bar, to reduce rear sway when larger vehicles pass you on the freeway. It really does reduce the driving tension on long trips. I also install a Bilstein front steering stabilizer to help with the normal Class C front end wondering condition. The engine is in very good operating condition and has been serviced every 3,000 miles. This unit has the Ford V-10 6.8L SEFI engine and it pulls this motorhome with ease. Fuel mileage is roughly around 8 to 9 miles to the gallon when not towing, and 6.5 to 7.8 when towing. (We towed an Equinox back and forth to Florida) It will sleep a family of 4 very comfortably, or 6 but it would be tight. It has full Air Conditioning and heat for parked comfort. A full automatic vehicle leveling system that operates on a push of a button. Legs come down and self level the vehicle. NO more hand leveling needed. I will list addition items that are included in the price of the vehicle. Many items are typical on Class C Motorhomes, so if there is something that I may have missed, feel free to contact me and Iâ€™ll if it was listed on my invoice sheet.I also have a RVI Brake 2 system for the tow vehicle that will be sold separate from this sell, but could be included in the total sale if needed. These units sell for $1,200 new and I will sell for a firm $1,000.
