The overall condition of the unit is fair. The rear panel on the left side shows signs of being repaired. The right side slide topper is beginning to fray. The water filtration strainer is cracked and leaking. it needs replacing. There are blemishes to the fit & finish of the unit, some of which visible in the pictures.
As always we suggest buyers inspect the RV or have it inspected for soundness by a professional.
