2003 Fleetwood Wilderness Advantage AX6 32' Fifth Wheel RV, in very good condition in and out. Model is 305RLDS with TWO slide outs (one in the living room, and another in the bedroom). Interior and exterior is in very good condition. This was the top model in the Advantage Line (AX6) Fully self contained, full kitchen/bathroom, queen bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom, LCD TV, etc! Sleeps 4. See the YouTube video, for a full tour.Queen bedroom up front (on a slide) and rear living room has a sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a dinette table. Big slide out in the living room. Blinds and privacy blinds on all windows. Eastern weather upgrade with heated holding tanks. Awning in great shape. No broken windows. Everything works as it should. You REALLY need to SEE this unit. Newer set of batteries, electric tongue jack. outside shower and TONS OF STORAGE INSIDE AND OUT. VERY comfortable eastern king size bed with walk around on 3 sides and storage under. Central heating. Roof A/C. Winegard TV directional lift antenna. Rocker recliner, full size 4 place dining table and chairs. Full size sofa/hide-a-bed. Surround sound with front and rear speakers. CD player and radio and 30 inch digital TV. The original owners used this unit on site while building their home in the foothills. We have only used it a few times for out of town guests. We never took it out on the road traveling. It is an extremely nice unit. One or two could live a comfortable simple life in it. Or take it on the road or park it on your property or vacation property. We simply don't see ourselves using it enough to justify keeping it. We know someone can get alot of comfortable use out of it. Also comes with Heavy duty load levelers and 10,000 lb rated hitch with 2 5/16 inch ball. Just paid the license for 2015.
