Large enough not to feel crowded if you have a family or if you are retiring and moving it while you snowbird or travel to see the sights. Separate area for toilet. Full stand up glass enclosed shower. Lots of storage area.Everything works and there are 2 auxiliary batteries and 2 propane tanks. It has 2 entrance doors one at kitchen and one in master queen bedroom.It is currently on a pad in Confluence, PA 15424. This well maintained trailer has two bedrooms (queen and bunk beds), one queen sleeper sofa, one full bathroom with flush toilet, sky light, and shower/tub combo, ducted AC, full size electric refrigerator/freezer, gas stove four burners/full size oven, microwave, gas ducted furnace, AM/FM/CD stereo piped-in, stacking washer/dryer, 19.9 electric hot water heater, TV antennae with signal booster, and a 24ft awning which is in excellent condition due to the fact that it was seldom rolled out. Tires are Goodyear Marathons, 6ply, load rating D, and made in the USA. You will not be disappointed with this one, everything works, one owner, used very little. This trailer served our needs over the years but now we have decided to build a cottage on the property.
