1997 Fleetwood Southwind Storm 26' Class A Motorhome, model 27Y. Official length is 25.5'. Excellent condition in and out. Chevrolet V8 engine, on a Chevrolet Chassis. Coach sleeps 4 in total, and is fully self contained, including full kitchen, rear queen bedroom, and bathroom. This was one of the most popular motorhomes that Fleetwood sold in 1976, and everything is of the highest quality as you would expect from Fleetwood. See the youtube video for a tour. Up front, at the driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, levelling jacks, dash A/C, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 19" LCD TV in the living room, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a dinette booth: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 Burner Stove, oven, microwave oven, and a 6 gallon Hot Water Tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Cold roof A/C unit along with a ducted furnace. Onan 4000 gas generator, runs great with very low hours. Rear ladder, spare tire, and hitch for towing. Big awning over the passenger side. Comes with a full set of manuals. Lots of outside storage. So many more options, its impossible to list them all. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
