This RV has only had one owner, and it's a prototype that has a layout different than most others. It has been garaged and very well maintained. Brand new tires. Just had it serviced: A/C, generator, new headlamps, slides greased. Never been smoked in. This 2002 Fleetwood Southwind 37U has 2 slides, it starts and runs great! The engine runs great. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. Inside is a queen bed, a convertible sofa, and a breakfast table that converts to a bed, all together sleeping 6 (4 adults and 2 children). There is a beautiful kitchen with marble-like counter, gas stove and oven, and convection/microwave. The refrigerator/freezer runs great switching automatically from gas to electric as needed. In the front area, the drivers and passenger seats are leather, there is a back up camera. A separate Blue Ray DVD, and a CD/radio are also included. An automatic washer/Dryer is an added luxury. There are two ducted A/C units (front and rear), and two ducted gas heaters (front and rear), with auto thermostat. Outside, there is plenty of storage all around the unit. The generator is an Onan. Hydraulic leveling jacks (front and rear) work from controls by the driver. Plumbing and electrical work good. This is a great RV, built to last, and priced to sell.

2002 Fleetwood Southwind 38' Motorhome with two slide outs. Model is 37U, and official length from Fleetwood is 37.5'. Ford Triton V10 engine and chassis. Very low miles (Only 34,150). Two big slide outs! Big slide out in living room (sleeper sofa/dinette booth), and the rear bedroom. This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that has ever been made, and everything is of the highest quality, as you would expect from a top tier manufacturer like Fleetwood. Fully self contained, sleeps 6. Will come with a brand new sleeper sofa. Runs and looks great. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the power leather drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, drivers door, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 25" TV in Living Room, 17" TV in the rear bedroom, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the sleeper sofa (brand new sleeper sofa will be installed for the new owner) and dinette booth slide out. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has the sleeper sofa, dinette booth, and a spot for a desk or a recliner: coach sleeps up to 6 in total. In the kitchen: 4 door fridge with ice maker, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide really opens up the bedroom area. Cabinet in the hallway, that is plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer combo. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5500 gas generator runs great. Rear ladder and hitch for towing.
