1998 Fleetwood Southwind 37' Motorhome with two slide outs. Model is 36Z. Chevy V8 engine, on a Chevy Tag Axle Chassis. Low miles (42,300). Two big slide outs! Big slide out in living room (sleeper sofa/kitchen), and the rear bedroom. This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that has ever been made, and everything is of the highest quality, as you would expect from a top tier manufacturer like Fleetwood. Fully self contained, sleeps 6. Runs and looks great. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the power leather drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, drivers door, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 32" LCD TV in Living Room, 14" LCD TV in the rear bedroom, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide (sleeper sofa/kitchent). Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has the sleeper sofa, dinette booth, and a recliner: coach sleeps up to 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door side by side fridge with ice maker, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and across the hall is the vanity and corner glass shower. Washer/Dryer combo found in a closet in the hallway. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide really opens up the bedroom area. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Big main awning over passenger side, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5000 gas generator runs great, and is very quiet. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Comes with a full set of owners manuals. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all.State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
