2004 Fleetwood Southwind 37' Motorhome. Model is 36B. GM Vortec 8.1 V8 engine, on a Workhorse chassis with an Allison transmission. Very low miles (Only 61,300). Three big slide outs! Two slides in the living room (sleeper sofa/dinette booth and kitchen), with another slide in the rear bedroom. This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that has ever been made, and everything is of the highest quality, as you would expect from a top tier manufacturer like Fleetwood. Fully self contained (even has a washer/dryer combo), sleeps up to 6. Runs and looks fantastic. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: drivers door, tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 32" TV in Living Room, 27" TV in the rear bedroom, VCR, home theater surround sound system, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Living room has two slide outs (sleeper sofa/dinette booth) and kitchen. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, dinette booth, and a recliner: coach sleeps 6in total. In the kitchen: 4 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave, cabinet with washer/dryer combo, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and across the hall is the corner glass shower and vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide really opens up the bedroom area. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Power awning over passenger side, along with three slide toppers. Onan 5500 gas generator runs great, with very low hours.
