1991 Fleetwood Southwind 30' Class A Motorhome. Model is 30E. Chevy 454 V8 engine and chassis. Odometer does not work, so selling as mileage unknown. Very nice floor plan, sleeps 6, with the rear twin beds. This was one of the more popular models that Fleetwood has ever sold, and the coach is fully self contained including full kitchen, bathroom, and generator. Runs and drives great! See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, backup camera, power mirrors, heated mirrors, new AM/FM/CD stereo, TV antenna, etc. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and dinette booth. Coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge,3 Burner Stove-Top, oven, microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the coach, is the twin bedroom (two twin beds). The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Roof A/C along with a gas furnace. Awning over passenger side. Onan 4000 Gas generator. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
