This unit is Super Clean and has a 4 year / 50,000 miles ext. warranty that cost $1,800.00 Plus it has Perma Plate both inside & outside so all the fabric inside has been protected against our lovely kids LOL and that was $3,767.00. This is a great RV. Only 19,000 original miles and no problems. I have owned it for 4 years and taken it on long trip (3K+) with no issues. Tires, awnings, frig, and generator were all replaced or rebuilt in 2011. Has a rubberized vinyl floor throughout living room/kitchen to handle the wear and tear. Double slides, plenty of storage, dual A/C, tow package, and leveling jacks make this a very comfortable coach to drive, set-up, and camp in. Looking to sell and priced to go. Make me an offer.
