Selling a 1995 Fleetwood Jamoboree Searcher. THis unit has extensive water damage, so if you are looking for a project, this the one foryou! The engine ahs less than 60,000 miles on it and just needs a fuel filter. THe generator has bout 250 hours, the fridge, range, water heater, and furnace were all working when we tarped it several months ago. Engine, generator, and appliances are worh the sales price if someone wanted to part it out. We have done the demolition work and the unit is currently dry. We saved most of the cabinets and interior features that were salvagable. THe unit will need a new roof but if you have the skills and the time, this would be a great investment. This unit is Super Clean and has a 4 year / 50,000 miles ext. warranty that cost $1,800.00 Plus it has Perma Plate both inside & outside so all the fabric inside has been protected against our lovely kids LOL and that was $3,767.00. Stepping inside you have the kitchen area to your left with a sink, three burner range, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a u-shaped dinette across from the kitchen area. As you proceed toward the rear you will find a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Just outside of the bathroom is a wardrobe for hanging up clothes.
