Super nice clean camper (ALUMINUM FRAME CONSTRUCTION) , this was sold to us as water damage, and we can only see two little spots on ceiling tile where water wrinkled up finish a little bit (see our website for more photos). Camper smells fine, seems to be non smokers, clean owners, camper has been outside for past couple months, no water leaking inside, roof looks fine, everything works fine. Tires we would recommend replacing, they are full tread, but dry cracks on side, we did tow home on 4 hour trip just fine otherwise.
