1999 Fleetwood Prowler Lite 24' Travel Trailer, in great condition in and out. Model is 822W and sleeps 6 in total. Very light (dry weight is 3100 LBS) and easy to tow. Very nice finishing and furnishings, and fully self contained (full kitchen and bathroom). See the YouTube video, for a full tour. Sleeper sofa up front, and a dinette booth. AM/FM stereo system and TV antenna. In the kitchen area: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, sink, and hot water tank. At the rear of the trailer, is the corner bedroom, across from there is the bathroom. In private room you have the toilet and vanity. Across the hall is the shower. Roof AC and furnace. Big awning over the passenger side. Comes with manuals. Many more options. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
