2004 Fleetwood Prowler model 270FQS bumper pull trailer in like new condition. Is 28 feet long with the super slide. Interior is spotless. Has ducted ac recently replaced. Yes it is cold. Has cd player with surround sound. All appliances look like new. Upgraded mattress so yes it is comfortable. Roof recently resealed and no leaks. Just put 4 new tires and new wheels on it with hardly any miles yet. This trailer has a lot of storage in it/more than most. Sleeps 2 on queen bed/2 on sleeper sofa/2 on dinette. Replaced battery also. This rv weighs 6200 lbs so it is a solid built trailer to last but can be pulled by half ton p/u. Registration just expired other than it ready to use. This is an amazing travel trailer that is very well built with a great spacious layout. There is tons of storage space throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful with the large super slide that totally opens up the space. The earthy garden like decor is lovely. The couch and dining booth both make down into extra beds. The living room has a couch that is placed great for viewing the entertainment center. The kitchen has NICE COUNTERSPACE. There is lots of storage in the kitchen including a great pantry, a large double door fridge/freezer, double sink, 3 burner stovetop and oven, and microwave/hood fan. The dining booth is placed nicely next to the kitchen. There is a smart path of vinyl flooring that leads from the entryway through the kitchen and into the bathroom. So it is an easy clean up. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed. The bedroom has tons of storage including all around the bed, and under the bed. The bathroom is huge with the sink/vanity, large glass enclosed corner shower, extra closet space, and the commode all in one private room. There is a fully ducted air-conditioner and heater. This trailer is FOUR SEASONS INSULATED! Meaning it is ready to keep you comfortable in the cold and hot weather! There is lots of good outdoor storage as well, it has a PROTECTIVE AWNING OVER THE SLIDE, and a LARGE PATIO AWNING for all your outdoor fun!..........................................We inspect every RV in our full service department before we offer it for sale.
