1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 36' Class A Motorhome. Model is 36B. Ford engine with a Ford Chassis with only 80,300 miles. Has the BANKS powerpack, which gives you more HP and better fuel mileage. Big slide out in living room (sofa/dinette booth). This was the best gas model that Fleetwood sold in 1999, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, and even is plumbed and ready for a washer/dryer combo. Sleeps 6 in total. Runs great, and looks great. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the leather power driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, power window, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include an AM/FM/CD stereo, 29" LCD TV in the living room, 19" LCD TV in the rear bedroom, rear bedroom stereo system, satellite dish, and TV antenna, etc. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Big slide out in the living room (sofa/dinette booth). Living room has a sleeper sofa and a leather recliner: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door side by side fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, convection microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Cabinet in hallway, that is plumbed for a washer/dryer combo. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and shower, across the hall is the vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof A/C units, and dual ducted furnaces. Awning over passenger side, 3 window awnings, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5000 Gas generator, runs great, with only 405 hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California.
