1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37' Motorhome. Model is 37S. Ford Triton V10 engine, on a Ford Tag Axle Chassis. Comes with the BANKS powerpack (higher HP, and better fuel mileage). Big slide out in the living room (sleeper sofa/dinette booth). This was the top end model for Pace Arrow in 1998, and everything is of the highest quality. Runs great, we just go this coach on trade from the original owners. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: drivers door, tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the dinette booth and sleeper sofa slide out. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, a dinette booth, and a space for a recliner: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, across the hall is the vanity and corner glass shower. At the rear of the coach is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side, 3 window awnings, along with a slide topper toppers. Onan 5500 Gas generator runs great with very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Comes with a full set of owners manuals. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all.State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Its a Fleetwood Pace Arrow, One of Fleetwood's best and most respected. In Fantastic Condition with many extra Goodies! Ford Powered...Runs and Drives Excellent. Theft recovery with extremely minor damage, only Titled this way due to Insurance claim. Fully self contained in all ways, 3 Solar Panels with an Arsenal of Batteries! Central Air, All Roof(2) A/Cs and Cab work absolutely excellent, ALL Appliances work Perfectly, The Refrigerator/Freezer/Ice Maker X Large Capacity is one of the best you can get in a coach this size, Dual Door! Amazing amount of Storage In and Out, over-sized Bathroom/Shower/Tub+ a Washer and Dryer Combo, did I mention the Storage?? Roof is in Excellent condition, Onan Generator Fires right up and Runs Fantastic, Extremely, Very Roomy Flooorplan, Cozy-Cozy. Drivers Side Door, 2 Inverter/Converters +++ so much more.
