2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37' Motorhome. Model is 36R. Official length from Fleetwood is 36.5'. Chevy Vortec 8.1L V8 engine, Workhorse Chassis, and Allison transmission. Is equipped with the BANKS powerpack, which offers higher HP, with better fuel mileage. Two big slide outs! Big slide out in living room (leather sleeper sofa/dinette table), and the rear bedroom/wardrobe. This was one of the more popular gas motorhomes that Fleetwood made in 2002, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, and sleeps 4 in total. Runs and looks excellent. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the power leather drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM stereo, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Living room has a big slide, where the dinette table and leather sleeper sofa slide out. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a leather sleeper sofa, a leather recliner, and dinette table: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 4 door fridge with ice maker, 3 Burner Stove-Top, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower/tub. At the rear of the coach is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. Rear slide really opens up the bedroom area, and is very large (both the bed, and the wardrobe slide out). The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Power awning over passenger side, along with two slide toppers. Onan 5500 Gas generator runs great with very low hours (225). Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Tires are alost new (DOT 2016). California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
