Cherry cabinetry, Flexsteel furniture, and day/night shades are featured throughout. The RV has plenty of outside storage.This RV has a GMC Workhorse W22 Chassis with an 8100 Vortec engine. An Allison 1000 Series 5 Speed Automatic Transmission with 66,500 miles. The engine, transmission and drive train are designed for 300,000 miles. From the driver’s seat, be sure to check out the Power Platform, backup monitor, leveling system, power mirrors, AM/FM CD player on dash, driver's entry door and pull out tray at passenger’s seat. In the rear of the RV is a private bedroom. It features an island queen bed with lots of storage under the platform, bedroom privacy door, dual closets/night stands, wardrobe area, cedar lined closet, vanity/desk area in bedroom, and a Samsung 27" flat screen TV with storage room behind the TV. This RV is a 2003 Pace Arrow 35G on a Ford V-10 chassis. It comes with the remainder of an XTRA-ride extended warranty good until mid 2017. It has custom paint and lots of improvements inside including a new washer dryer combo. New Bluetooth capable radio with hands free calling, remote and 10” Sub for better sound. It has a DIRECTV auto seek satellite dome and receiver. Both TVs were upgraded to LCD flat screen. Very clean, non-smoking and no pets. New tires with less than 4k miles on them. Tow car ready with all wiring already installed. I have made arrangements with a local credit union to do the title transfer to the new purchaser and handle the paperwork. It passed California smog earlier this year. I can have it retested if you live in a smog required test area.
