We are selling this RV because the family has grown up and moved out and we just don't use it as often as we use to. We have had this RV for over 17yrs with many great memories. When we purchased this RV we made some modifications to meet our needs. 1) We had a Banks system installed, to give us the extra power to go up hills and pull a trailer if needed. We have install a new water heater 2 yrs ago and we keep the roof sealed up with regular maintenance. If you are looking for a RV to make some new memories you just found it. Fully self contained, sleeps 5, rear corner bedroom, drop down bed over the cab, full kitchen, bathroom, and generator. Runs great. tilt steering, drivers door, dash A/C, etc. Both front seats swivel around to face living room.
